One Big Voice Makybe Rising Stars Choir 2023
One Big Voice- Australia’s Largest Children’s Choir
The One Big Voice matinee concert took place at RAC Arena on 18th August. It was the culmination of almost three term’s work for the Makybe Rising Stars choir.
The choir students learnt and performed 10 songs, some with special choreography, alongside 4,000 students from 80 schools. The uplifting songs carried special messages about acceptance, resilience and being brave.
It was a spectacular show, and we are very proud of the 45 talented students who participated. Thank you to the teachers, parents and to Mrs Povey for your support. Congratulations to to the Makybe Rising Stars choir, for what will be a memorable experience in their school lives!
